Overview:
The Sandwell & Birmingham Mela is Europe’s largest South Asian music festival. It’s an explosion of culture, music, food and community. For the 2024 edition, I was commissioned by Red Bull to capture their activation and presence at the festival, highlighting their role in celebrating culture and connecting with diverse audiences.
The final video focused on the energy of the performances, the vibrancy of the crowd and Red Bull’s integration throughout the event. Bright visuals, fast-paced edits and rich sound design brought the full sensory experience of the Mela to life in a dynamic social first recap.
